So, we haven't blogged in a while... we're sorry. But we *have* been busy!

Three days before Jake's 30th birthday, we traveled to Kansas to visit the ranch where we'll be getting married in August. Isn't it pretty? This is Boris here in the foreground:

Then! 2 days before Jake's birthday, Melissa turned 28! We had a party and celebrated. Isn't she pretty, too?

And then! The day before Jake's Birthday, Andy married Donna! It was a beautiful ceremony, officiated by Granddad, with mountains of fabulous food to follow. There was also a lively dance party (well, mostly consisting of me, but I boogied all over the place).

And at last... Jake turned 30!!!

Uncle Sam and Aunt Cheryl organized a great party for him at Bass Pro Shops (in this photo, everyone at both tables is celebrating Jake's birthday) and yes, there was even Princess Cake. What a weekend!
