Jake was my hero the other day. I went to the mailbox to retrieve the package we'd just received and reached in only to realized there was a wasp nest inside with wasps swarming all over. Yikes! So I did what I'd recommend to any girl who finds herself in this situation... I screamed and ran away. Then I called Jake (in the apartment) from the mailbox (just outside). Here's what happened next:

So thanks to Jake, our package is safe. He also knocked out the nest so the wasps won't plague our neighbors, either. Who knows what we'll find in the mailbox next week...
